NURSERY MANAGER – South West London

A Fantastic role for an experienced nursery manager!

This role would be very suited to an experienced nursery manager who is looking to join a forward thinking company.

As the nursery manager of a large centre you would need to have the ability to multitask and manage the complexities of a large nursery, with a passion to provide excellent quality childcare in a warm and supportive environment.

This is a great career move for a self-sufficient manager who has a very professional approach to every aspect of his/her job, with a particular focus on achieving customer satisfaction and setting itself apart from other nurseries in the local area.

Some of your responsibilities will be: •To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education •To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention •To effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels and ensure the nursery is financially viable •To ensure all legislation and regulations are adhered to at all times •To ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times •To Implement an effective parent liaison programme. •To contribute strategically to the development of your nursery and the company as a whole.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:•

•NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent •Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines •Good time management skills •Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation •Knowledge of OFSTED standards and the EYFS •Excellent communication skills • Strong people management skills •Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.
