Job Description
Business Development Manager
This is an excellent role for a forward thinking Business Development Manager who has the ability to manage a complex centre which caters for private customers in the childcare and education industry.
If you are a Nursery Manager or an individual outside of the childcare and education industry with a strong understanding of Business Development and looking for career development within an exciting and growing company then this could be the post for you!
The role is suitable for you if you have the following previous experience:
Experience of working within a commercial environment
Customer services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Sales and marketing expertise, with an ability to capture new business and retain existing customer base.
Ability to spearhead growth thorough innovative approaches
Experience of building and developing a local brand
Competitive analysis and identifying and capturing market share
Experience of working with people from differing backgrounds and abilities, gaining the very best from of all your people
Develop every relationships to its full potential
Working proactively rather than reactively and to maximise the advantages market / legislative changes bring
