Full Description:
• What’s involved:
You will be providing a full PA/executive support service to a senior officer.
This will include maintaining diaries, organising meetings, taking minutes, producing and managing correspondence, plus general office duties such as filing, ordering and maintaining stationery, progress chasing etc.

- minimum of 2 years executive PA experience within a local authority
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- diary management and minute taking skills
• Client: Local Authority
• Division: Executive Directorate
• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
