Senior Lettings Manager in Putney, South West London

A Senior Lettings Manager is currently being sought to join the busy Lettings department of this independent Estate Agents. Specialising in all areas of property, this organisation has over twenty five branches across South/West London, Surrey, Middlesex and Hampshire.

TITLE: Senior Lettings Manager LOCATION: Putney, South West London SALARY: £50 – 70K OTE + Car or Car Allowance + Great Benefits

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you should possess:

• Experience as a Lettings Manager within the London rentals market

• Adequate experience in management, and the ability to manage a team up to five and a department turning over £350 – 500K plus

• A proven and stable track record as a ‘High Flyer’ within the industry, working for reputable Letting Agents

• The ability to work in a competitive marketplace with middle to upper end properties

• Experienced in all areas of Lettings
